Thank you for your interest!

Submissions will be considered on a rolling basis, and we will do our best to provide you with a response on your project within 30 days, whether we're able to support or not. We reserve the right to decline support based on Board discretion regarding feasibility, alignment, capacity, etc. We may request that you meet with us to provide more information or attend a committee or board meeting to help us make a better decision about partnership, collaboration, or support.

In alignment with our founding platform and the goals of the DTLA RA, every submission holistically and on an individual basis. A project having a majority of these factors is not a de facto sign of support; there are several contextual factors that enter into a project’s consideration and the decision on whether to support a project, or even consider a project for support, is at the Board’s discretion.

Our founding platform and goals are to create a Downtown Los Angeles that is:

  • Economically vibrant, with world-class community and residential amenities; from restaurants to entertainment and cultural venues, to schools and more.

  • Highly active and mobile where pedestrians, cyclists, public transit users and other modes of car-light travel and green spaces are prioritized and implemented to support and incentivize greener living.

  • Urban, dense, and housing rich with a high concentration of mixed-income, multi-residential units where Angelenos of all backgrounds can make DTLA their long-term home.

  • Healthy, clean, and safe so that young children, seniors, and every resident in-between can enjoy the Downtown public realm with peace of mind.

  • Civically engaged so that residents vote, advocate on local issues, and drive the policy decisions that impact their lives.
