Join us for Third Thursday at the historic Mayan Theater, a beloved community wellness hub caring for Downtown residents. 2026 is a big year for elections and advocacy in DTLA, join us for our Candidate Meet & Greet. 

This is a nonpartisan event. No fundraising. No endorsements. No podiums. No speeches.
Just real conversations and connecting our voters with the people asking for our vote.

Our candidate meet-and-greets typically draw between 150 and 350 Downtown residents, registered voters, community partners, and civic leaders from across our DTLA neighborhoods. It’s exactly the kind of room candidates need to be in.

There’s no formal speaking program. Instead, we create space for mingling, with shared tables available for campaign literature and volunteer sign-up sheets. At around 7:15pm, we’ll recognize and thank all candidates and teams in attendance, but the floor stays with you and your neighbors.
