DTLA RA is proud to host community events on the Third Thursday of every month. Third Thursdays regularly attract between 100-300 Downtown residents and supporters. These events are hosted at DTLA local venues and businesses, designed to bring our community together for networking, learning, and celebration. August 20th - Third Thursday at Precinct DTLA
Join us for this month's Third Thursday at Precinct!
With DTLA Proud Festival around the corner, this month we're excited to host our Third Thursday resident mixer at a DTLA institution! Join us at Precinct DTLA, the all inclusive queer-owned bar and downtown fixture since 2015. Considered DTLA's largest gay bar, and one of LA's largest outside of WeHo, Precinct sits upstairs at the N/W corner of 4th and Broadway. Look for the entrance between Natural Sunshine and The Grayson. If you're taking transit to the event, the venue is a block from the Pershing Square Metro and two blocks from the new Historic Broadway station.
On Thursdays Precinct also hosts "Gay Ass Trivia with Queen Sheba" which residents are welcome to participate in! Happy Hour and Taco Thursday specials will also be available.
Fun Fact: Precinct DTLA was founded in the Spring of 2015 by husbands Thor Stephens and Brian McIntire. The bar and nightclub opened its doors at 357 S. Broadway just a few weeks after the historic Supreme Court ruling on same-sex marriage.
