DTLA RA is proud to host community events on the Third Thursday of every month. Third Thursdays regularly attract between 100-300 Downtown residents and supporters. These events are hosted at DTLA local venues and businesses, designed to bring our community together for networking, learning, and celebration. Join us for Third Thursday on the rooftop at Broadway's Hoxton Hotel!
Enjoy the long days, great weather, and spectacular Downtown views with DTLA neighbors at Hoxton Hotel on Broadway. Food and drink will be available for purchase.
This 1922 Beaux Arts building, formerly the Los Angeles Railway Building, was built in 1922 and originally designed as the headquarters for the old L.A. Railway streetcar company. The structure later saw use as a garment manufacturer, a candy shop, and a grocery store. It opened as the Hoxton Hotel in 2019 after two years of careful restoration and updates.
We'll share updates on upcoming Downtown events, plans for the fall election run-offs, and how to apply for Resident Association committee opportunities this summer.
